This is another macro like the last that is more for PVE healing because it only casts the spell on the focus target, but it also checks whether you're in a raid or party, then announces it accordingly. you can also always replace the two words focus with mouseover in order to have it cast on your mouseover. when changing it to a mouseover macro you also need to remove the first.
